The Christmas Decorators provide commercial and residential property owners with a design and installation service of both indoor and outdoor Christmas lights, decorations and displays.

Residential Displays

We are the innovators of the home Christmas Decorating industry having decorated over 2000 homes across the UK over the last 10 years. Clients can now leave it to the experts to create a stunning display saving them valuable time to spend with family and friends.

Commercial Displays

For many commercial organisations, Christmas is the most profitable time of the year, so having a stunning display of decorations is an investment rather than a cost. The Christmas Decorators are one of the countries leading installers of commercial decorations and our clients include hotels, bars, restaurants, offices, high street stores, shopping centres and many others.

Yearly overview

At The Christmas Decorators, the year follows a well-structured cycle year on year. From February to March, our primary focus is on financial wrap-ups, bidding for large projects, and performance reviews. From April to August is dedicated to sales, marketing and brand development, mainly focusing on commercial opportunities. As we move into September, we shift marketing efforts to include targeting residential opportunities and start pre-installation planning, leading into the busy installation period. From October to mid-December, primarily focusing on instillations. After enjoying time off during Christmas, we return in January and February to dismantle and store equipment and decorations.

Our key priorities include marketing from February to August, sales from April to September, project management in September and October, installations in the autumn, and financial planning in the early part of the year.

This structured approach ensures our franchisees stay organised, efficient, and ready for each season.

  • Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll get in touch to send you a prospectus with more details about what we offer.

  • You'll then be invited to attend one of our Discovery Days, where you’ll learn more about the business, meet a current franchisee, and get some hands-on experience with the decorations.

  • At the end of the Discovery Day, you’ll receive a Franchise Information Memorandum containing all the details you need to make an informed decision.

  • When you're ready to move forward, we'll both sign the franchise agreement, and you’ll pay the franchise fee.

  • From there, you’ll officially join the team, begin your training, and start working on your business plan.

  • Once your initial training is complete, you’ll have access to all our materials, and you'll be ready to start trading.
