From the initial contact and design by Paul Allan, the expert, professional advice and support was evident from the outset. The proof of the pudding, however, is always in the delivery. Prior to installation, we had a couple of site visits from The Christmas Decorators to ensure everything would be innovative and "just right" - including up to Director level. We wanted a Christmas Tree that would add a bit of oomph to our Christmas Fair. We contacted Christmas Decorators who had supplied a stunning tree to a group in the neighbouring town. Although initially daunted by the cost when they explained what was included, we decided to "go for it". This was a first time Christmas Decorators had worked with a community council, but they listened to our concerns and helped us find a way through them. They put the tree up, took it down then stored it till the following year when they came back and did it all over again for the 3-year hire period. We always felt we were valued customers that they wanted to give a good experience. The tree is terrific, a brightly coloured centre piece for our Christmas Fair, just what we wanted. We highly recommend Christmas Decorators and will not hesitate using them again.
