We have been operating in the UK since 2005. We have however 9 years of experience in the Christmas decorating business which started in the US.
An outdoor installation can consist of the following; We can follow the contours of the roof and gables with large bulb lights, use icicle lights on the gutters, place small lights or a lit garland around large windows, use wreaths on all gable ends and doors, place lit potted spruce or fir trees on either side of the front door, illuminate driveways and paths with stake lights, light shrubs and bushes and illuminate larger trees either by wrapping each branch with lights or using rope-light motifs and other exclusive products.
Inside a home, we can dress large doorways, bannisters and fireplaces with hand-crafted garlands and wreaths. Potted and vase displays can enhance stairway tables and window ledges. We can dress a dining table, install a real or artificial tree to suit the size of the room, and specifically decorate according to a particular theme or colour.
As soon as you know you’d like to use our services you should contact us. The installation period is only 8 weeks long and we naturally have a limit on the amount of customers we can accept. During early November we mainly install commercial clients with residential homes starting at the end of November and running right through to 23rd December. The sooner you call the more choice of install date you will have.
Our lights are of a commercial standard and the highest possible quality. Lots of our décor is hand-crafted by ourselves and we use unique handmade products from workshops in Europe. Most of our suppliers make products exclusively for us and you won’t even find them in luxury department stores.

We’ll put forward suggestions and ideas and you can also let us know what your preferences are or any ideas you may have. We have a vast portfolio of pictures and ideas. Once we’ve agreed on the decor and lighting, we’ll put you in our diary for an installation and takedown date that suits you.

We completely understand and respect your need for privacy. To ensure confidentiality, we provide a confidentiality agreement with every homeowner, guaranteeing the protection of your personal information. Additionally, if you prefer, we don’t even need to know who the home belongs to. Our team is highly discreet and respectful, which has earned us a reputation for serving high-end clients. During installations, we strive to minimize disruption by assigning dedicated teams to complete the job efficiently. Even our largest installations are typically completed within two days. We are also happy to coordinate with agents, personal assistants, or caretakers to accommodate your preferences.

While we do require some means of fixing lights, wreaths, and garlands, we are extremely cautious to minimize any impact on your property.
While it’s rare for our lights to malfunction, occasional bulb failures can occur. However, our lights are designed with built-in safeguards so that if one bulb fails, the rest remain unaffected. If a significant section experiences a failure due to product issues, we’ll promptly dispatch a team to rectify the problem.
During installation, we can incorporate daylight sensors or timers into all lights, ensuring they illuminate according to your schedule or natural light conditions, providing convenient and automated control.
The need for electrical work varies. If your home already has external power, it’s unlikely. We can route extensions from indoors through open windows or under garage doors. However, if necessary or at your preference, we can arrange for external power installation by our qualified and insured electricians.
Not at all. We can work hand in hand with your caretaker or property management company so that you can arrive home after an installation is complete and everything is ready for you. Someone will need to be present to ‘sign off’ the installation.
Typically, our schedule fills up quickly, especially by the beginning of November, so adding more decorations may not be feasible. We recommend carefully reviewing the proposal to ensure all your needs are covered. While we’ll do our best to accommodate additional requests, it may not be possible immediately due to our busy schedule.
At the time of your installation we will discuss your preferences for when you want everything taking down and storing.
